Norfolk ~ Eric L. Keilholtz passed away July 18, 2019 in Norfolk, VA.
Eric L. Keilholtz was born in Montgomery Co., MD.
After graduation from Wheaton, H.S. he served in the U.S. Air Force in Korea and
California as an aircraft mechanic, then was honorably discharged in 1982.
At the age of 61, he passed on in his sleep after a 4+ yrs. battle with cancer and
Is now by faith in the eternal, loving presence of his Savior Jesus Christ 07-18-19’.
He is predeceased by parents, William H. Keilholtz and Kathleen (Tilghman) Keilholtz.
Is survived by 3 older brothers, Dennis, Bill, and John Keilholtz and their families.
As well as his wife of 36 years, Miriam K. Keilholtz and their 4 adult children:
John W., Jason E., Victoria M., and James H. Keilholtz.
His passion was working on cars and tinkering in the garage. He tremendously
enjoyed teaching the family his automotive craft and helping neighbors
or friends in need. His sharp wit and snarky humor will be fondly remembered
to most everyone who knew him.
Per his belief that life should be celebrated while living and death should
bring peace ending our earthly struggles. He requested no memorial service.
