Chesapeake: Kerry-Beth Kirschbaum, 50 years old, sadly passed away on Monday, October 1, 2018. She was born in Philadelphia, PA on June 21, 1968. She is survived by her loving husband of 24 years, Jeffrey, parents Linda and Frank Faas, mother-in-law and father-in-law, Hedda and Melvyn Kirschbaum, aunt, Lynn Morrison, brothers Matt Salzberg (Diana) and Shane (Michelle Parker, partner) sister, Alaine Faas Shaub (Jeff), sister-in-law, Sheryl Markowitz (Keith), nephews Simon Markowitz, Benny Salzberg, Chase and Jacob Shaub, nieces, Shana Markowitz and Alaina Salzberg and numerous cousins.
Kerry-Beth was a volunteer for CASA of Norfolk, Women’s Crisis Hotline, and Union Mission Ministries. She was an animal lover and leaves behind her cat, Bogey, two dogs, Luna and Zoe and Lucy (blessed memory).
Kerry-Beth is a graduate of Maury High School and Brevard College, North Carolina where she played soccer.
There will be a Memorial Service held on Wednesday, October 10, 2018 at 5:30 pm at Beth Shalom Village, Berger-Goldrich Home, 6401 Auburn Drive, Virginia Beach.
Donations may be made in her name to “Go Rescue Adoption Center” in Virginia Beach, or Union Mission Ministries, Norfolk.
