Richard Allen Timms, originally of Portsmouth, passed away April 17, 2019 at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital
Burn Center. He is predeceased by his father, Cecil Reid Timms and mother, Mary Helen Morgan Timms.
Richard is survived by a sister, Nikki Timms Matthews and a brother, Douglas Michael Timms.
Richard resided on Holiday Island in Hertford, North Carolina. He will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
