Virginia Beach- Richard D Baines, 59, went to walk with his Lord June 11, 2018. Predeceased by parents Melvin and Frances Baines, and nephew Troy, he is survived by wife Liza, sisters Linda Dugan and Dilia George;
step sons Nathaniel (Sally), Raymond and Robert; niece Tracy; nephew Pat; five grandchildren & other family and friends.
A memorial service will be held June 15th at 7:00pm at Emmanuel Lutheran 3900 Virginia Beach Blvd. to celebrate his life.
